Toppers
Toppers are available on our raspberry jam dough bites and are a great way to add a personal touch to your order. The toppers are thin white icing sheets printed with edible ink and are placed on top of the dough bites.
Price: 75p each + £15 set-up fee
Available: On raspberry jam dough bites
Limitations: Images must be provided by the customer and should be a high resolution logo, icon or photo. All imagery must be approved by Crosstown prior to confirming the order.
Gift Ribbon & Note
Add a personal touch with a gift ribbon and custom note for your clients. Our standard gift wrapping consists of a custom printed note inside an envelope and a ribbon (red or black) tied around each box. Our notes are A4 in size so plenty of room to write something brief or an extended message about your campaign.
Price: £5/box + Packing Fee (subject to qty)

Stickers
Stickers can be added to the outside or inside of all of our boxes and are a great way to promote your brand. As long as they are sized to fit, can consist of whatever your imagination comes up with. We have customers who send boxes on a regular bases and have also worked on a number of promotions that have included stickers on the inside lid.
Price: £15 set-up fee + Third Party Printing Costs

Product Placement
If you’re promoting a product, we may be able to incorporate that into your doughnut gift whether it be adding with the box or even inside the box (depending on the product). This combined with stickers and/or gift ribbon is a great way to give your potential customers the full promo experience.

Available: Small and Large Boxes
Limitations: Food safety is a priority, so some products may not be suitable. Size and weight will also be a factor.
Single Boxes
A nice addition to your campaign and perfect little gifts, these boxes fit one regular sized doughnut or 2 dough bites.
These can be supplied flat packed or packed with your doughnut/s (pending approval). You may also want to customise with a branded sticker or gift ribbon and note.

Paper Bags
Great for handing out at event campaigns or sending a bunch to your clients office, our bags are greaseproof and fit 1 regular sized doughnut or 2 dough bites.
These can be supplied flat packed or packed with your doughnut/s (pending approval). You may also like to customise with a branded sticker.

How do I order?
The best way to order is by completing the form below, we usually respond within 3 working days.
When should I order?
Orders usually need to be confirmed and paid for at least 14 days prior to the event, if your order is complex you will need to allow time for customisation, printing etc.
How long is my quote valid for?
All quotes are valid for 30 days so it’s best to confirm and pay for your order within this time. After the 30 day period, we may need to provide a new quote if circumstances and/or staff availability change.
Alterations
If you need to ammend your order prior to confirming, please send us the new details so we can re-quote you. If you need to make changes after confirmation, just let us know and we’ll adjust your order and settle any outstanding amounts.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of 25% applies to orders cancelled 14-7 days prior to the event date and 100% within 7 days before the gifting date.
How big are the doughnuts?
All our doughnuts are hand made so exact size does vary, however you may use the following as a guide:
Regular Size Rings: 10cm Ø x 6cm H
Regular Size Balls: 8cm Ø x 6cm H
Mini Dough Bites: 5cm Ø x 5cm H
How long do the doughnuts last?
Our doughnuts do not contain any preservatives or artificial ingredients and have a shelf life of 24hrs and should be consumed on the same day they are delivered.
Can you do custom shapes, sizes or flavours?
Unfortunately we don’t do custom shapes or sizes. Occasionally we may be able to create a bespoke flavour however, this would be dependent on timeframe, order quantity and availability of ingredients.
Do you do custom branded packaging?
We can add stickers and/or notes, flyers postcards etc to our Crosstown boxes and bags but we are unable to provide any custom packaging beyond this. Food safety is important to us and all our packaging is food grade to ensure the safety of our product.
What are your delivery terms?
We currently deliver to the following postcodes: N1, NW1, NW3, NW6, NW8, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, EC50, EC88, E1W, E1, E2, E8, E14, SE1, SE1P, SE11, SE16, SW1, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SW11, SW13, SW18, W1, WC1, WC2, W2, W4, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14, TW8. If you require delivery outside of these areas please get in touch to discuss options.
Our delivery times vary from 4am - 2pm with most of our special order deliveries taking place between 8.30am and 11am. You will be given a delivery window upon ordering, but if you require a specific time just let us know.
Allergen Information
All of our doughnuts contain: Gluten, Lactose, Egg Yolk, and traces of Soya. The following doughnuts contain nuts: Peanut Butter Berry (Peanut). All of our doughnuts are suitable for vegetarians.
We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
